date_format to format interval of 91 seconds ?

Hi,

I try
{$item|date_format:"%H:%M:%S"}
with $item = 91

I need something this:
00:1:31

But get
19:01:31

Any ideas?

date_format is just for Unix Timestamps. You can use the math function to calculate the minutes and seconds.
