I would like to have a GoogleMap displayed for each items in a list and I would like to give the user the option to "show" the map or "hide" the map.

I have the google map displaying as an inline object (the map is being displayed when the page is first rendered).

When I move the Google map generating code to a page this is displayed as the result of an ajax call, nothing happens.

Has anyone had any luck getting the google maps to show up as the result of an ajax request?

I am using CakePHP as my framework with the prototype and scriptalicious javascript libraries.
