I have a problem with this code for CakePHP and Smarty:

{$form->create("User",array("action"=>"registerNewUser"))}

Compile Error:

Uncaught exception 'Exception' ... Unexpected "=>", expected one of: ")" in ...

any solution? Confused

You can't use the PHP array(..) syntax in templates.

Smarty3 has it's syntax [element1,element2,...] to create arrays.

{$form->create("User",["action"=>"registerNewUser"])}

will doe it.
