Hi,

I am new on Smarty templates. Sadly I don't know PHP and I need to work on smarty template. It has a .tpl extension which I don't know how to run in my localhost so I can see my changes in realtime. Do you guys know how to see/run my templates on the browser?

You can't "run" Smarty without PHP.
The best way would be to run a copy of the website locally.
