Site belonging to an artist here in Brazil. As a friend of ours, we have always provided him with the development of his site as a test bed for new technologies. As we had just been blown off by the versatility of SMARTY, we decided to do his site (which will be receiving regular updates in look and feel) using SMARTY too.
The site was developed in a crazy frenzy, two developers and one designer fried their brains over an 18 hour period and managed to put together this site. Thanks to SMARTY, we managed to pull it through.
The capability of developing the logic separate from the design of the site made it possibile to develop these two in parallel.
Smarty does have a high learning curve (as oposed to many of the remarks I've heard about it), but it is worth every second you spend on it. |
