Hello Friends i got this error after i downloaded app from host and need setup in localhost

Code:

Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty: unable to write file /opt/lampp/htdocs/mn_app/cache/wrt5fd731e18e1420_97807444 <-- thrown in /opt/lampp/htdocs/mn_app/includes/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_runtime_writefile.php on line 48

not working
