I have a form, that when submitted goes to a script that takes some time to process. I tried to use a template for the processing script that simply says 'Processing your request, please wait...', but it did not work, the script wants to process first and then display.

All this is to avoid users submitting the form more than once.

I also tried to use a middle scrtipt that would show the 'please wait' note and then transfer the processing to tha actual processing script. But to show the note the smarty displau command would have to be above the redirect command, and the redirecting won't execute. It seems that there is no executing after a display() command?

Any advice would be appreciated
(I don't want to use javascript, as I use graphical image for the submit tag)
