Menetapkan apakah Smarty harus menggunakan $HTTP_*_VARS[] PHP saat FALSE atau $_*[] saat TRUE yang merupakan nilai standarnya. Ini mempengaruhi templates yang menggunakan {$smarty.request.*}, {$smarty.get.*} dll.
