I have upgraded to the latest version Smarty: Smarty-3.1.39.

When I test website it will work without any issue or an error but suddenly characters inside a message from the contact form are undefined encoding.

How to solve encoding or this is related to the settings inside Smarty-3.1.39?
An example:
2 lšr3 đpđpđpđpt3 wđpđpđpezđpđrpđpđ

Need help.

Looks like twice decoded UTF-8.
See if you aren't using encoding conversions unnecessarily.

I'm talking about YOUR code. Smarty does not use conversions by itself, unless explicitly told to do so.
